1) ONLY members, in good standing, of defining:WOMEN or BizPack Networks may participate in this contest.

2) All Sponsored Members must choose a home base, understand that their membership is a 12 month commitment and that all membership fees are non-refundable.

3) Winning Members will be given a choice of entry level products up to the cash value of each prize level.  A participating member may choose the prize or the cash value.

4) All Prizes are subject to change to a "like" product based on availability.

5) All New Member Applications must be completed and submitted for approval by 8/31/2010 to be considered for contest prizes.

6) A new member may and must join either a defining:WOMEN or BizPack Chapter by August 31, 2010 to be considered eligible. 

7) The NEW Member will also receive credit for his/her own membership to go toward their own contest, once they have joined. 

8) By participating in this contest, member agrees to conduct themselves ethically and honestly.  In the event there is any question of credibility, a member may be subject to termination of membership without recourse.  By participating in this contest the member agrees to be bound by its "DETAILED RULES" and agrees to hold harmless BizPack Networks, Inc. and defining:WOMEN Network.
